Helpful details to include
- For a studio problem: your browser, your device and what you clicked before it went wrong.
- For a background that looks wrong in a call: which app you used (Meet, Zoom or Teams) and a description of what you see.
- For a guide that's out of date: the page and the menu name you see now. Apps rename buttons regularly, and we update the guides when they do.
What we can't help with
We're an independent site and can't access or fix accounts at Google, Zoom or Microsoft, or change settings your organization controls. For account problems, use the help center of the app you're using, or ask your IT team.
We never ask for passwords or sign-in codes.
